For clinics and allied health
Easy to find, easy to book, inside the rules
Podiatry, physiotherapy, dental, psychology, chiropractic, osteopathy, dietetics and general practice. Patients choose a clinic the way they choose everything else now: they search, they read, and they book the one that looks competent and easy. The difference is that your advertising has rules: I write to them, and you approve everything as the registered practitioner.
What I look for first
- Found for the clinic’s name, but not for the conditions and treatments people search for: “heel pain podiatrist”, “physio near me”, “bulk billing”, “NDIS”.
- Hours, practitioners and locations that differ between the website, Google and the booking system, so a new patient gives up before they start.
- Online booking three clicks too deep, or a form that asks for everything before it tells you anything.
- Good Google reviews, unanswered, next to a site that says nothing a patient would recognise about themselves.
- AI tools answering “best podiatrist in [suburb]” with the clinic that is described most clearly and consistently online, which is not necessarily the best one.
What I do, in order
- Find out where you stand. The Diagnostic when the answer isn’t obvious, including the enquiry test: I ring as a new patient would, fill in your form, and report exactly what happened.
- One version of the facts everywhere. Practitioners, hours, locations, fees and what you treat, the same on your site, your Google profile, Apple Maps, Bing and the directories that matter in health.
- Pages for what you treat. Plain, accurate pages for each condition and service, written to Ahpra’s advertising guidelines and your profession’s codes: no outcome claims, no comparisons, and your reviews stay where patients leave them. I never lift a testimonial into your website or ads.
- A booking path a stressed person can follow. Book, call or text from any screen, in two taps, with the practitioner and the next available time visible.
- Reviews, asked for properly. Every patient invited the same way, never selected, never rewarded, and every review answered without revealing anything about the person.
- Tracking that respects privacy. Bookings, calls and forms counted, nothing about individual patients stored by me, on a dashboard you can open any time.
Your first month
Week one, you add me to your Google profile and your site (two minutes, no passwords) and I record where you stand. Weeks two and three, the facts are made consistent everywhere, the condition pages begin, and the changes to your booking path are listed and quoted. Week four, your first one-page letter and our first meeting. Search and maps move over weeks and months, not days, and your monthly letter shows exactly what has moved, suburb by suburb and condition by condition.
What it costs
For a clinic, I’d start with Growth, $2,450 a month plus GST: everything in Presence, plus search and AI search, because being found for the condition is where the new patients are. Every price is published, and nothing starts without a fixed price in writing.
Where to start
A free thirty-minute conversation. Then every client gets a clear look at where they stand: the Diagnostic when the answer isn’t obvious (a day finding out exactly where you stand, including a real test of what happens when a customer calls you), or a written plan in the proposal when it is. Book a call, or tell me your business and I’ll email you three things I’d fix, free.
