Six weeks that put your foundations right, then hand them over. For businesses that want it done properly once, without an ongoing commitment.

• Google profile rebuilt; Apple Maps, Bing and the main directories matched
• A review routine set up, and every review from the last 12 months answered
• The worst problems on your website fixed, and up to four new pages written
• Enquiries tracked, so you can see what’s working
• A before-and-after snapshot, a walkthrough, and a guide to keep it current

• Written and built by me, after a 90-minute conversation with you
• On a platform chosen to suit you, in your name and on your billing, and yours outright when it’s paid for

Shopify and online stores

Builds from $3,950 with Site care ($4,950 on its own) · or $750 a month + GST

A store built to appear in Google Shopping, read well by people and by AI, and turn visits into orders.

• Shopify stores built or rebuilt on a premium theme, in your account
• Merchant Center connected, so your products can appear in free Shopping listings

Google able to reach, understand and trust your site, and a properly written page for each service and area worth being found for, in priority order.

• Technical health checked and fixed: speed, indexing, broken pages
• Research built from what your customers actually ask, not a tool’s guesses
• Service and location pages that are genuinely different, not the same page with the suburb swapped
• Rankings and traffic tracked, on your live dashboard and in the monthly letter
• Links from places your business genuinely belongs, such as associations and suppliers. Never bought

AI search

$450 a month + GST

Customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI answers who to call. This gives them every reason to name you, and tells you honestly when they don’t.

• Your business described clearly and consistently in the places AI tools read
• Who gets named instead of you, and why, with what I’m doing about it
• No promise that an AI will name you. Anyone who promises that is guessing

Google and maps

Set up for $595, or included with a new website and plan · or $450 a month + GST

Everywhere someone looks you up on a map: complete, consistent and active. Google first, then Apple Maps (the default maps app on iPhone), then Bing and the directories in your trade.

• Your Google Business Profile rebuilt (categories, services and photos), then a post every fortnight on a plan
• Apple, Bing and industry directories claimed and matched
• Your map position tracked across your whole service area
• Each additional location $200 a month

Reviews

Set up for $350 · or $350 a month + GST

Forty good reviews from this year beat eleven from 2022, on the map and in a customer’s head.

• A simple routine your team will actually keep, to ask every customer

Your site kept fast, secure, backed up and current, with small changes done without a quote. Available on its own for a website I have built.

• Up to an hour of small changes each month, done within three business days
