Terms

Website terms

These terms cover your use of this website. Work for clients is covered by a written agreement signed before work starts or, for the Diagnostic, by the Diagnostic terms.

About this site

This website is run by Fanous Studio, the business name of Rimon Fanous, ABN 92 311 509 104, Melbourne, Victoria. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Prices

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Fixed prices are what you pay, and “from” prices are confirmed as a fixed price in writing before work starts. We may update the prices on this site. That never changes a project price you have agreed, and an ongoing plan’s fee changes only as your agreement allows: once a year, with 60 days’ notice and the right to leave.

Results

No one can promise a particular ranking on Google or a mention by an AI tool, because neither is in anyone’s control but the platform’s. We don’t make those promises. What we commit to is set out in each client agreement.

Case studies

The work shown on this site is real. Kerbside Transfers is the founder’s own business and is described that way wherever it appears. Other businesses are named with their permission. Figures appear only when they have been measured and the business has agreed to them being published.

Content

The words, design and images on this site belong to Fanous Studio unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links to any page. Please don’t copy the content for your own site without asking.

Links

Links to other websites, including those of our clients, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your particular business. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website.

Other terms

The Diagnostic terms apply when you book a Diagnostic, and the founding offer terms apply to the founding client rate. If anything isn’t right, our complaints process explains what happens next.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
